What is a Fuze?
Live Fuzes are active Fuzes integrating two services (e.g Wistia and Ontraport, etc.) You can have as many Fuzes as you like in your account but will only be able have the maximum number switched to “live” at any one time that your plan permits.

If I start off with one membership plan, can I upgrade to a different plan later? Can I downgrade?
You can upgrade to a longer or higher-level membership at any time from inside your account—you’ll just be charged the difference between your current plan and your new plan. You may also downgrade your membership at any time. You will be pro-rated down to your new membership level. You won’t receive a refund of any funds paid, however, any credits left on your account will be applied to future payments on your new plan.
Does Fuzed offer a free trial?
Yes! All Fuzed plans come with a free 14 day trial.
At the end of your trial period you will be automatically charged based on the plan you selected in the sign up process.
You can cancel at any time during your trial from your dashboard.
What is a sub-account?
Sub-accounts are fully featured Fuzed accounts that are managed from within the main account. You can also log directly into the sub-account. These are great if you have a second business, want to integrate a second account or have a client would like to use Fuzed.
What WP Plugins are available?
We have a tracking plugin that will track page visits etc and allow you to trigger an action on that user in your CRM based on specific pages viewed and time on page. We also have a plugin that will automatically track Wistia views when someone is logged into your WordPress site.
What are the advanced features?
The advanced features are specific to the GoToWebinar and Wistia integrations. With GoToWebinar, you can create a Fuze that looks for all webinars that match a title criteria then have those pass automatically, vs having to create a new Fuze for each webinar you run. For Wistia, you can create a Fuze that will work automatically for all videos inside a Wistia project instead of having to create a Fuze for each individual video.
